Everything Baked

Everyday Fresh

OUR MISSION

Paperbakes started with a simple goal: To serve wholesome baked meals made with real ingredients. Inspired by the technique of parchment baking (En papillote), we set out to create food that feels lighter, yet still satisfying.

At the heart of what we do is a simple mission: to make everyday meals better, balanced, flavourful, and easy to enjoy. Our recipes are thoughtfully crafted to make gourmet-quality meals more accessible, without compromising on quality.

What began as a cooking method has shaped the way we approach every meal today, with a focus on simplicity, care, and practicality.

En Papillotte

OUR COOKING METHOD

We use parchment baking to cook our meals in a sealed environment, where ingredients gently steam as they bake. This method allows us to use less oil while preserving flavour, texture, and nutrients. By combining the benefits of baking and steaming, we bring out the best in each ingredient without overcomplicating the process.

Fresh Daily

OUR INGREDIENTS

Our focus is on real ingredients that support the way we cook: Simple, balanced, and full of natural flavour. By starting with better ingredients, we create meals that are honest, nourishing, and aligned with our approach to everyday eating. That’s why we carefully select quality produce, from sustainably sourced barramundi to farm-fresh whole chicken legs.

Our recipes are kept simple to let natural flavours come through, without relying on heavy seasoning or unnecessary additives

Wholesome Meals

OUR APPROACH

We believe a balanced meal should be simple, visible, and easy to enjoy. That’s why we design each bento with a thoughtful combination of carbohydrates, protein, and vegetables, bringing together the essential elements of a complete meal in one box.

Beyond nutrition, we pay attention to variety and colour, creating plates that are not only balanced but also visually inviting. The result is a meal that feels complete, satisfying, and easy to choose as part of your everyday routine.
